Ben has been working at the intersection of media, advertising, and data for over 25 years. He has led engineering and analytics teams on numerous engagements, providing technical and strategic guidance, partnering with key client stakeholders, and achieving desired business results.
He founded the data analytics firm Elasticiti, and held senior management, strategy, and sales roles at companies including eXelate (now part of Nielsen), Operative, and About.com (now DotDash). He co-created the Online Ad Reporting (OAR) XML data exchange standard that was adopted by the Interactive Advertising Bureau as the basis for its e-Business initiative and foreshadowed the emerging programmatic era.
